Views of The Strip, in a way, are what our Las Vegas dreams are made of. We’ve seen the skyline on TV. On occasion, we’ve caught a quick glimpse of something special while crossing over the Las Vegas Strip. And, sometimes, we have a room with exceptional views of the beautiful lights. Recently, VegasChatter fanmkgstud asked us which views we prefer:
For a view of the Strip, what have you gone with in the past, and how often – the Strat or the Eiffel tower?
There are so many great views of The Strip available that it’s difficult to pick just one. During the holidays, we were walking across the bridge that links the Venetian with Treasure Island for the first time and saw a different view of the strip that was as nice as any we’ve seen.
Most recently, we may have found a new favorite view of the Vegas strip. It’s been a few years since we were at the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay, but last week we were meeting some friends for a couple of drinks and went out on the balcony for a little fresh air. Low and behold, we remembered the spectacular view it offers.
The Foundation Room used to be a members only venue, but it’s now open nightly to the public. The gallery has some of our recent strip views from various vantage points. Where are your favorite views of Las Vegas from?
